How to Use
Oil Up & Start at the Neck
Apply a generous amount of body oil — sesame or grapeseed work well. Begin at the base of the skull and roll firmly downward along the sides of the neck, following the bladder meridian channels that run beside the spine. Apply enough pressure to feel the muscle tissue yield, but not so much that it causes sharp pain. Work both sides for 2–3 minutes.
Follow the Body Meridians
Move to the arms: roll from shoulder to elbow along the outer (yang) channels, then elbow to wrist along the inner (yin) channels. For the torso, glide across the ribcage in horizontal sweeps from center outward — this addresses the pericardium and stomach meridians. Continue to the hips and IT band with long, downward strokes. Work the glutes in circular motions. Finish with sole rolling: seated, press the copper head firmly into the arch of the foot and roll toe to heel — 30 strokes per foot.
Close & Rest
After a full-body session, lie still for 5 minutes and allow the meridian energy (qi) to settle. Drink a glass of warm water to support lymphatic clearance. Clean the copper head with a dry cloth after each session — over time, the copper develops a natural patina that does not affect its performance. Store horizontally to preserve the wood handle.
