How to Use

01

Locate Your Acupoints

Slip the ring onto your index or middle finger — the most sensitive fingers for transmitting pressure. Begin with the LI4 (Hegu) point in the web between thumb and index finger: press and hold for 30 seconds. This point is traditionally associated with releasing tension in the face and head.

02

Press, Circle, Release

Work through your intended points using three techniques: direct pressure (hold 20–30s), small circular friction (8–10 slow rotations), and a gentle scraping motion along meridian channels. Common points: ST36 below the knee for energy, PC6 on the inner wrist for calm, KD1 on the sole of the foot for grounding.

03

Wear All Day

Beyond dedicated sessions, simply wearing the ring on your finger means you carry a tool for spontaneous acupressure. When tension arises at your desk or in transit, press the stone into the web of your hand or circle it along your wrist. Thread onto the included cord as a pendant when not worn on the finger.
